Mojito Madness
Here is a Mojito I made for myself. 12 mint leaves (home grown), one shot of fresh lime and one shot of sugar syrup all muddled together before being poured into a glass of crushed ice. Most importantly, don't forget to add two shots of Bacardi and top up with soda water. Yummy.

Mmmmm.
I used to make them back home at a bar, except we did two sugar cubes, half a lime squared, few mint leaves, crush in the glass. Then add some crushed ice, put in 60% bombay saphire gin and top up with Contrieu. Shake well and enjoy (although don't have too many).
